E-Camps, D-Retreats, and Youth Ministry Leadership Events

This August marks 16 years the Lord has allowed Rick Collins to give full-time ministry attention to Press On Missions. In 2025, POM financially supported 49 ministry projects in Cuba to reach lost teens, strengthen Christian youth, and equip youth ministry leaders.

Evangelistic Youth Camps
E-Camps

E-Camps are designed to bring lost teens into a clear gospel environment while building a bridge back to the local church.

  • For half of those attending camp to be lost teens.
  • To encourage lost teens off the streets of a community to attend the camp for free.
  • To clearly and authentically share the gospel.
  • For the camp to be a connection point to the local church.
  • To start a follow-up program one week after camp for those who make a decision.
  • 23 E-Camps supported with POM funds
  • 1,779 teens attended camps
  • 1,143 lost teens attended camps
  • 459 recorded salvations at camps
  • Average cost of an E-Camp: $500

All lost teens attend camp free through scholarships supported by donations to POM. Christian teens also receive subsidized pricing so camps remain affordable and accessible.

Discipleship Retreats
D-Retreats

These retreats focus on strengthening Christian teens and youth in their walk with the Lord while also providing a meaningful avenue for fellowship.

  • 21 D-Retreats supported by POM funds
  • 2,172 teens and youth attended
  • Participants from over 650 churches were involved
  • Some events were hosted at churches and others at retreat sites
  • Average cost of a D-Retreat: $1,000

D-Retreats give Christian youth dedicated time to grow in faith, develop fellowship, and return home encouraged in their walk with Christ.

Donations enable POM to provide scholarships to each Christian teen/youth make it affordable for them to attend.

Leadership events help mentor, train, equip, and encourage youth ministry leaders throughout Cuba.

Training, Encouragement, and Fellowship

Please pray for the churches and Christian leaders in Cuba. There are many current limitations due to the economy and political situation. Pray that the Lord will provide teams, supplies, and funding to support the projects He has placed on the hearts of convention leaders.

Ask Him to bless each project so that many teens will come to know Christ through the E-Camps, Christian youth will be strengthened through the D-Retreats, and youth ministry leaders will be trained, equipped, challenged, and encouraged through leadership events.
